Willowood Camp is your idyllic home away from home, just 1.5 hours from Toronto and 3 hrs. from our nation’s capital, Ottawa. Fishing
Experience the unparalleled fishing of Rice Lake, known for its superb angling. Home to some of Ontario’s finest fishing -- muskie, pickerel, bass and abundant panfish. After a successful day on the water, head to Willowood Camp's well-equipped Fish Hut, where you can clean your freshly caught fish in comfort. The hut is outfitted with sinks and ample space for cleaning, and we kindly ask that you bring your own cleaning knives. Additionally, please dispose of any waste responsibly in the Fish Hut freezers provided for your convenience.
Water Activities
Unwind in the simplicity of nature at Willowood Camp. Choose from a variety of water-crafts rentals, including outboard boat motors, a 20ft. pontoon, canoes, and kayaks. Long-term guests can enjoy convenient docking and boat launch access. Safety is paramount, so life vests are provided with all watercraft rentals. Kids can have a blast in our large sandy area, playground, and shallow swimming spot. As the day winds down, soak in the breathtaking sunsets and capture envy-worthy photos by the campfire.

Our Season
Our season begins on the Victoria Day weekend every May and lasts until Thanksgiving Weekend in October. Weather permitting we open early for Mother's Day Weekend. Contact us now to reserve your family's next cottage vacation!
